Amelia walked towards Summer, pointing to all the cabins surrounding them. Summer starts, "Each cabin is associated with a different Greek god or Goddess. If you are a child of that god, the cabin becomes yours. It is a really easy concept." "Okay! Which ones are mine?" Amelia said, joyfully. Summer laughed and Amelia felt utterly confused. "We don't know. Your parents have to claim you to be able to be sorted to your cabin." "MY PARENT HAS TO CLAIM ME?!" Amelia exclaimed, flabegasted at the thought of it. "Yea....they do. But no worries! The Hermes cabin houses unclaimed children because he is the god of travelers! Someone from the Hermes cabin will help you! Go on! I'll let you get settled." Summer walked away, leaving Amelia frightened. She finally got the courage and walked inside. Everyone in the cabin stopped and looked at her. Amelia spoke, "H-Hi! I'm a new camper. A girl named Summer told me to stay here." A boy with brown hair and a small smile came forward. "I've got this! Hi! Welcome to the Hermes Cabin! My name is Mason, Mason Rode! What's yours?" "Amelia... Amelia Rose" "That's a gorgeous name, Amelia!" Amelia blushed at this but stopped. "Here! This will be your bunk! You can put your stuff wherever but just make sure nothing gets stolen," said Mason. He walked away and Amelia got her things together. Amelia opened her bag and pulled out a lightning-shaped spear. She looked at it and teared. It was the one thing that reminded her of her mom. She put it away when someone called lunch. Mason approached her again, "Hey again! It's lunch so you can sit next to me!" "Okay then....let's go." Amelia walked side by side with Mason to the lunch pavilion........with one shoe on.
