Following the trend of leaving a universal combat uniform loadout to all SC members in favour of individualised combat uniforms for each SC nation, the Astanislavian Armed Forces (AAF) have decided to continue to develop and field a derivative of the Yuvin-III system due to its Astanislavian heritage and effectiveness. Development has evolved the Yuvin-III into the Xintian-I Modulary Infantry System, which still utilises many Yuvin-III features. Several major improvements are still present, however. The prime area of improvement is the helmet, which has faced a full redesign to maximise protection and modularity, as evident in the changes of the rails and NVG mount. Additionally, accessories such as netting, artificial foliage, and camouflaged balaclavas are also available. More pouches which can serve various purpose have also been implemented, and the combat rucksack has been made lighter for ease of movement. A flashlight on the side of the helmet with different modes has also become the new norm due to cheap manufacturing capability and request from various Infantry units. The body armor has also been equipped with more modular straps offering a “quick-release” system and the armor has also been improved to become more lightweight, yet still meet standard protection requirements.
