real this isn't documented on the Scratch Wiki yet i think only applies to deleting sprites. this feature can't be turned off, as far as i'm aware (which is unfortunate if you wanna delete a bunch of sprites quickly). as always, you can restore a deleted sprite from the Edit dropdown menu.
