Use arrow keys to move. Use Z to run and X to jump. Hit below question blocks to get coins. Collect the coins. Jump above Goombas and Bullet Bills to defeat them.
I added a run button and also upgraded most of the things into the SNES equivalent. I also made the disappearing blocks into solid blocks.
