In the Ro-Wei Oil Territory of Obera, the settlers populating the region made first contact with the Ariih natives. The Ariih natives were raiding a local village when the Oberans there decided to fight back. A force of 30 armed themselves with rocks, knives, and muskets and pounced at the Ariihs. 10 survived. There were 20 Ariihs. The local government wrote a letter explaining what had happened to the Emperor himself, but they are yet to recieve a response.
