As V! Studios became an independent company, this is now owned by Victor Period (the merger of Victor Media Group and Pickle Jar OBC) when Walt Disney quietly stops owning. The logo was also modified again to actually resembles the original Victor Exclamation logo.
If you listen closely to the new jingle, you hear the original Victor Exclamation jingle, and the new Victor Exclamation Studios fanfare was inspired by the "Trees" variant of 3!.
