Whenever you move the mouse-pointer, the sprite follows but doesn't touch the mouse-pointer. Move the mouse around and watch how Scratch Cat follows it but never quite touches the mouse.
This is a project for CCOW, week 3 Interactions, Puzzle 9. I took a look at a few different samples. I liked markdthompson's the best, although I got rid of the RESET code.
