It's kind of surreal to think it's been eight whole years since my dad gave me his old laptop with the Scratch 2.0 Offline Editor for me to make silly little experiment projects. I've had so much fun and met so many people on Scratch, been part of so many communities, and made so many great memories over the years! I loved nearly every moment of this, but now I think it's time for me to quit. I've always wanted to learn real game development and more advanced coding, and that just can't be done in Scratch! I guess this is my last farewell to this platform and its community. Goodbye Scratch <3
Thank you so much to the people in all the studios and teams I've participated in over the years, thank you to my followers (on all my accounts,) and one huge thank you to the SGD community and its members for making my experience infinitely more fun. I couldn't be more grateful for all your support. Just a disclaimer by the way, I'm not fully quitting. I'll still check up on Scratch once in a while, but much less than I used to. I won't post any more projects or anything. 400 (maybe 500 across all my accounts) is enough. Another disclaimer: For the people who are confused about the account in the screenshot being a different one, that's my old account I lost the password to. It was created at the same time as I started Scratch.
