The Porter has had its front coupling replaced with a Kadee, while the tender's front has been replaced with a Bachmann coupling. Both rear couplers are stock standard, though the tender coupling will be replaced with a Kadee later.* * Edit - Kadee fitted! Only took 3 tries to get the box measurements down.
