Ok read the whole instructions REASON 1: there was a similar hoax in 2016-2020 REASON 2: It would NEVER get past congress AND it also goes against the constitution REASON 3: THEY COULD HAVE DONE IT DURING BIDEN'S TERM OR TRUMP'S FIRST TERM ASDFGHJKHGFDSAsdfghjhhg REASON 4: Even TRUMP thinks some of the $h!t the project proposes is ridiculous and he probably wouldn't allow it this is just my opinion. If i'm wrong i will apologize in 2025.
