Ja(c)ket "Kit" Kat | Rarity: RED He pops up randomly (in the shadows), and he'll say things like, "Got some time," or, "Wanna buy something?" Of course, you can't actually buy anything, but he's just there. Occasionally you can see him pull out a business card, or some money, but that's really it.
