Hello fellow neighbor. In times of our big changes to our country, I've come to ask if we can have an alliance with each other. We offer many things like gold, miners, oil, and quite possibly a massive thing, MEAT. We have a lot of meat including pork, ham, bacon, and chicken. If our maps are correct, there's an unclaimed oil hotspot nearby. Say, I could send in the miners and we could split the oil gained. All I need in return are horses and wood and rope for a drawbridge I plan on building with another alliance. Seeing how easy those things are I'd say it's a good bargain. You get money and food and we get construction materials. We could even have an area where our populations live side by side too! Now then, do we have a deal? The more alliances and friendships the better you know right?
You have to go into the project to see them better, but those grey squares are where small fortresses will be located, each fortress has about 300 bunks, so 600 soldiers in total, features state of the art classrooms, cafeterias, dorms and a proper drilling site for coordination and training, about 10 '209mm' Cannons will be placed along each fort and overlooking on strategic hills that can easily bombard advancing marines and enemy ships, not only that, but beneath each fortress, lays approximately three long corridors that can be barricaded and used to halt invaders, making taking each and every fort even more tedious and costly, this is to discourage foreign attacks and strengthen our ties.
