This is prequel to the fizz pop commercials, and this was canonically the first fizz pop commercial ever made. Fizzy pop is the mascot of fizz pop. Fizz pop cans used to look different when they were first manufactured. They eventually changed into normal looking cans. This had a healthbar joke, possibly to reference red bull or how food and drinks are often used as video game powerups, but they eventually got referenced in trollsome 5.
