I hope you enjoy the fifteenth episode of Adventures of Splo! This one took me about a week to develop, despite its length. Credit to https://archive.org/details/DuckandC1951 for the street background and https://archive.org/details/InternationalFolkDances for the music. Both are in the public domain. I created this animation to express my feelings about what and what not to share on Scratch, and I'm thinking it isn't okay to upload copyrighted material, especially without credit. If something is copyrighted, that means it can't be used even with credit, unless it says otherwise. I understand that this site is for educational purposes, but the copyright holders won't feel very happy mainly because of financial loss and their works being used by someone else without permission in general. Thousands of Scratch projects are blocked from Google Search because of copyright infringement, and the Scratch website has a page for copyright owners who believe they found an infringement. https://scratch.mit.edu/DMCA/ After reading that, I spotted a text that says "Fair Use doctrine", but I still don't know if it's okay to use copyrighted works without permission from the author.
