Just Relax is a project where you can finally relax after that long day at school, that stressful moment, etc. Directions: Find a comfy area to sit or lay down. After pressing start, listen to the rain, sync your breathing with the ball, close your eyes (optional), try to clear your mind, and focus on your breathing. Hope this helped!
