All he asks for in return, is for him to help him get strong enough to defeat red. [5]: INVALID_CAT hears the conversation and stops gold from saying yes,because INVALID_CAT likes the color red. And he stops cheese from trying to get help. [6]: Gold accepts Cheese's help. [7] green turns into a nature traveler
