The Greenbrier Mall is a 900,000 square foot shopping mall located in Chesapeake, Virginia. It was opened in 1981 and currently has the anchors of Dillard's, JcPenney, and Macy's, with a closed Sears. Renovations were done in the mall from 2003 to 2004. The Sears closed in 2018. The lack of shoppers is causing this mall to be dying.
