this thing's actually huge, those red dots are window/walls for the living spaces of the orders army, and you guessed it, Auburn EXE lore it's named the Wither Storm because it destorys planets and that what wither storms do :) the big window across is the council meeting room(they eat there), the deck, luxury dining hall(they eat here too), war planning room(also eats here), etc... the big window down is the boiler room, hostages of war cells, weapons, etc... might make a map...
