The Phillipsburg Mall, located in Lopatcong, New Jersey, was an indoor shopping mall that was built in 1989. It had one floor and 3 anchor tenants: Sears, The Bon-Ton, and Kohl's. The Sears closed in 2017, with Bon-Ton closing a year later. Due to heavy rainstorms, the roof in the Sears anchor collapsed in 2018. Because of the damage, the Sears and Bon-Ton were demolished in 2019. The mall fully closed in 2020 and was fully torn down by July 2024.
