Seek help; It's not good to keep it to yourself. 2. Talk to someone; It's not a good idea to bottle up your feelings and emotions... That will only make it worse. 3. Take a breather; It's not good to stay stressed. 2. Just relax, everything will be fine. 3. Talk to others if you can; Again, it's not a good idea to bottle it up. 4. Think happy thoughts, don't freak out, breathe. Stress is never a good thing... It can affect both your mental and physical health... 5. Manage your stressors... Tell a trusted adult. 2. Talk to them, tell them to stop. 3. Ignore them; They want a reaction out of you most of the time, so if you ignore them, they'll hopefully stop. _____________________________________________ Please seek help, it's not a good idea to bottle it up and brush it off, if you're going through something, it's not okay to not worry about it because it will get worse over time if you don't do anything about it, and if you ever need anyone to talk to, I'm here, I get how you feel, I've been through a lot myself. I've been through friendship problems, breakups, trauma, depression, stress, bullying, and a lot of bad things, things that I want to undo... Things I wish I never said and things I wish I didn't do... So I get it... I still go through some of these things.
