i finally finished this game after 3 years of owning it. heres some art i drew in tuxpaint to celebrate that (and my birthday too i guess) i wrote this massive post on my toyhouse detailing a lot of thoughts on door to phantomile (honestly i had so much more i wanted to say but forgot to write or i like. forced myself to not go on a tangent about.. still turned out absurdly long though) so im not gonna repeat all that hear. but i love this game a lot and im really glad that ive finally gotten to see its ending for myself in full. if emulating ps1 games is at all accessible to you i would absolutely recommend checking it out for yourself. hell even watch an lp, this game is so lovely and it means the world to me, and idk i just want to hope other people can see it and find something compelling in it too. song used is picture this from the start the party! ost becuz even though this is a klonoa post. its my birthday i do what i want (start the party is another of my all time faves although its less of a 'this game has fundamentally changed my life and had a massive impact on my tastes' and more. 'i played this so much all my life and have a lot of fond memories attached. okay i guess it is kinda sentimental still but its like a goofier kind of sentimental. its ps move shovelware i cant exactly wax poetic abt it the way i tend to abt my other favorite games haha
