Scratch butchering quality again
An act made by Black Eye after seeing a mutant soldier die cruely forced to be a war machine after being sold by lab workers who would do experiments on em then they are left to die when unable to fight anymore or are too wounded. Hence is why I wrote down my ocs name on the side it's him showing his own approval to his act against this. The pony you see was the victim he saw. He felt bad cuz nobody cared to know his name or his life before all this. It would be all forgotten. So in an attempt he drew a sketch of him and made copies to let an awareness go out called Justice for the mutant soldiers.
