Behold! The third villain of the BTV series, a tall skinny creature made of a metallic alloy that can reshape into a liquid or a solid. Its real name USED to be William Martinez, until he was anonymously kidnapped by U-TOP INDUSTRIES, and experimented on. In the aftermath, Leo was turned into a metallic creature with messed up DNA. later, Leo broke out of it's containment and escaped. Later, he was found by The Eversor and now works under his influence. Also, The Chrome is blind, but has extremely good hearing... it can even hear someone's heartbeat from a fifteen-foot radius
