Altari, under president Squipper, have expanded, sending 15,000,000,000,000 personnel outside of the normal borders, and have started to colonized planets there. The cause of the expansion is unclear, as Squipper has yet to give a reason. Squipper is degrading the democracy of the country, and it is unclear if he will get rid of democracy completely.
