If you get 1st place you get to keep the character and use it as your own! A rotating one is where there is a new batch of characters each time one ends. Except in this one, if one doesn't get adopted, it goes into the next batch ******************************************************************** Rules: If you don't win don't harass the account that won the design. Don't use the character designs unless you have either entered for them, or won them. don't steal other peoples art Don't use AI It has to be your art. It can be traditional or digital I don't mind Don't turn the characters into humans, maybe you can kinda make them anthro but besides that no. Don't try to guilt-trip me by saying "Ohh, my art is so bad I'm not going to get the character wah wah".
