And they had to completely remove it, because of his horn defect, his horns won’t ever stop growing, so he has to trim them every week. He bears the scars of Shclatts d**nk3n rages (as does “Papa Q” and his wings that he was born with (which, like quackity were on his very lower back, and to small to fly with anyway) were also destroyed by His Fathers rages. He lived with his step-dads for two years before karlnapity broke up aswell, and was raised around Slimecicle sense he was five, who officially changed his name.
