(Not really that much effort was put into this one like the first project, but idc) So anyways, this evil individual is called "Mr. Macabre", and his whole deal is he's basically the "Depression Man"—that is, he uses a silly weapon called the "Gloom Ray™" to make his opps too sad to fight him. Fact: He is best paired with another villain (from a group of villains that I have yet to organize) as he doesn't have any powers of his own.
So just like the previous project, this model's free to use as long as I find your usage of it "acceptable"
