new map collab! why? idk because yes! click the screen to navigate THIS IS NOT A SPAMCHAIN. rules: 0. only @rcutb is allowed to break rules 1. have at least 1 nation 2. only control your own nation(s) 2a. exception: in a war you may claim another nation's land 3. you can declare war but don't be too overpowered. 4. snail = jail 5. you don't have to follow the eras listed below 6. don't be too overpowered (don't claim too much land at once, grow population too fast etc.) 7. COMMON SENSE! don't exploit loopholes you find in the rules etc. 8. no adding/editing/removing rules unless you're @rcutb 9. USE REMIX CLAIMS!!! if you want to remix, leave a comment on the project. if you haven't remixed within 20 minutes the claim expires and another person may claim. 9a. future claims (e.g "i'll make remix 60") are not allowed 9b. you can only claim for yourself, not for another user 9c. no self-remixing of any kind 10. if someone ruins the collab, breaks a lot of rules etc, ignore their remix or revert the changes. 10a. if more than 5 remixes have passed and one of them contains a rule-break, rule 10 does not apply and the changes are "grandfathered in". 10b. adding new mechanics (like money) is generally NOT a rule break! however, if the chain's community does not want the mechanic they can remove it 11. do not create any new land unless you're @rcutb that's all! (for now, that is)
