I drew this icon in Gimp for @ToastyTurtle! I tried to make the hair "flowing", but I think I might have made it a little too long, sorry. I hope you like it!
Credit to the many pictures I referenced from Google Images to help me figure out how to draw human faces and eyes! This icon was drawn, colored, and smudged in Gimp, resized in Paint, then resized once more in the scratch editor. It now belongs to @ToastyTurtle.
