Happy Halloween, kids. Here's a strange version of Mini-Seraphic I found under the stairs. Now get off my porch and go to the next house over. Besides that, this is, indeed, an official Wolfcube difficulty for the Silent Halloween Special. Every difficulty is now silent. Even the Enlightened/Silent difficulties. Also, when I downloaded this difficulty's PNG (the Halloween Special didn't exist yet) it filled all the space on my tablet.
