If More Than 5000 People Die Then You Will Not Be Re-Elected (The Whole Point Of The Game Is To Be Re-Elected) And Will Lose. If You Want To Keep Going Though (I Don't Know Why You Would) It Gets Harder After 5000 People Killed.
