MOVE MOUSE LEFT AND RIGHT TO SEE THE BLUR EFFECT My other projects were just interpolation between prerendered keyframes (really not that exciting) and required an external program. With this, you can just upload a costume and apply blur to it, so long as the original costume fills the screen and has no transparency. (Otherwise it will look really oofy goofy because the transparency stacks.) In my opinion, this is the best costume blur engine on Scratch, but I might also be a little teeny tiny bit biased.
