Instructions in-game. Story: After Blockersens 4, the two agents returned to the city only to find that they had teleported to a giant rainy ocean with a large tower spinning and bobbing around. They have to stay on the tower as long as possible until the rain fades away and the satellite on their house works again and they can teleport back home.
