Heatherkit was a bundle of energy as a kit, playing games with her two sisters, having fun, just being a normal kit. That was until she was 5 moons old. Heatherkit was in camp, completely bored, when her sister offered to leave the camp to go explore; she declined because she didn’t want to get in trouble, but Lavenderkit went out anyway and ended up dying too. She went into a long state of depression that she couldn’t get herself out of, with no cats as friends she nearly lost herself. Luckily, once she was an apprentice her mentor stepped in and helped Heatherpaw gain herself back and not be as depressed. Her mentor’s name was Olivemoss, and was the kindest cat Heatherpaw ever knew. But, fate didn’t like happiness. When she was 10 moons and about to become a warrior, three cats went on a patrol. Olivemoss, Heatherpaw, and Thymepaw. It was supposed to be just a normal border patrol, but Heatherpaw smelt a badger and followed the scent to its den. It wasn’t just one badger though, but two. It was a fierce fight, Heatherpaw got scratched and Olivemoss told the two to run. While they were trying to escape, one of the badgers k!lled Thymepaw but soon d1ed afterwards to Olivemoss and Heatherpaw. But, while they were fighting the second badger came in and k!lled Olivemoss right then and there. She ran as fast as she could from the badgers, not looking back as tears streamed down her eyes. Everything went wrong, her closest friends were now gone. Heather became a warrior two moons later, and now refrains from ever making friends again.
