Instructions

Visualizes prime numbers and divisors. Slow or speed with "pause." Can adjust color. The count of petals is the number. "s" to show list of primes. "h" to hide it.

Description

The number is the total petals. Shows the divisor visually, triangle or tri-branch for 3, and so on. The circle is for primes, which can't be divided except by itself or by 1. When there's no divisor (other than 1 and itself), it's prime. Triangles for 3, squares for 4, line for 2, pentagon for 5, heptagon for 7. Each has a branch version (set solid-or-stick to 1 for branched version). To add more detail than needed here, a prime is a natural number with no positive integer divisors except 1 and itself. I stubbornly didn't do 11 or higher divisors.
