(Hesitation works like Paralysis. it prevents the Pokemon inflicted with this from using any offensive moves.) and D!SS!Chareon's Sig. Move is "Special Hell". when used, it does the special hell thing Chara's are known for, with the red circle appearing before the beam that fires upwards. it always hits dead-on (unless the targeted Pokemon are faster than her) and can give Burn.
