The whistle sounded, bursting through Dragonfruit's ears. Her heart pounded in her chest, her tail strung out behind her, wings spread, as she threw everything into this. This race was the mark of a lifetime. It was over before she knew it, and she was surrounded by many, tired, panting dragons, but yet, a sense of pride filled the air.
