Flashback ................................................................ Alex was working her shift as a volunteer for the local museum. She wore a green shirt and blue jeans, just like all the other volunteers. She was by far the youngest, most of the volunteers were retired old people, with nothing better to do. Alex had a great reason to talk about ancient cultures all day. At exactly 1pm, the visitors left her designated area, so that it could be checked by inspectors. Guards filed in, all big bulky men, in black suits, with poker faces on. They gave Alex suspicious looks as she walked out. Alex hurried off to the bathrooms. She locked the door behind her and quickly changed into a black and navy hoodie, black leggings and some gloves. Alex had taken every precaution she could, so she left no fingerprints behind, no evidence it was her. As soon as she was done preparing, she ran out of the bathroom all the way to the artifact room that she had previously been working in. Every time she passed a security camera, she prayed that Jimmy had done his part of the job. No alarms sounded, no guards chased after her. Everything was going well. By the time Alex got to the artifact room, guards stood at every corner, near every display case, surrounding every object. She had to move fast. Like a ninja, Alex punched them one by one, so they all went out cold. She would never hurt anyone too severely, just enough so that they wouldn't wake up until she had finished. After she made sure each guard was taken care of, Alex grabbed a nearby club from a guard and smashed every display case. Hastily, she checked the time. Why were her pick up crew not there? Alex waited as long as she could for her gang to show up, but they didn't. Instead she heard alarms blaring. She had to leave. She grabbed all she could, and ran back to the bathrooms. There, she changed back into her uniform and hid her new priceless objects in her backpack's secret bottom. She swiftly walked for the exit. Alex just managed to get to the doors when guards began chasing after her. 'REMAIN CALM' her head seemed to shout. Alex scanned her surroundings looking for a place to dump her backpack. The only thing she could find was some rubbish bins. Quickly, she chucked the bag into the bins, just before the guards took her away.
