“It’s time for a new emperor” Bio- Gender - Rosboy Pronouns - He/him/hers Sexuality - Demiromantic Asexual Other- Alignment - Neutral Evil Permissions- Gore? - Sure Gender-bending? - Nope Shipping? - Didn’t make ref yet lol so nope for now Backstory- Desdemona’s biological parent were killed during a massacre when he was very young, too young to remember them, two cats took him in afterwards. Desdemona as a child unknownst to him was being ridiculed by the other child’s in his town(in an empire). One day, another kid known as Hawthorn dared him to enter a sacred temple and get something inside to ‘prove his worth’ Desdemona happily obliged and he entered the temple, soon he came upon a black crystal, curious, Desdemona touched it, at once, the crystal seemed to, melt into him. Desdemona ofc was surprised but soon brushed it off choosing to believe that it was just a hallucination. Once desdemona went out again, she noticed that Hawthorn was gone, Desdemona felt slightly hurt but pushed it aside. A few years later, Desdemona got admitted into a school to become a solder for the empire. There, he quickly became friends with a cat known as Lumi. Soon Desdemona got his first battle in which he got his torn ear, soon after, his adopted dads were killed during a bombing(the two empires, The one desdemona lives in and tho other empire. Their both enemies) which got Desdemona into a state of grief, Lumi helped him though it though and as a result, they grew closer. But soon, even Lumi, after being sent in battle which they were too inexperienced for was killed, this led Desdemona to start spiraling down to insanity. He then blamed the only cat he could, Bazyl, the emperor. After all, he was the one who sent Lumi so he caused them to die, right? Desdemona spent the next 5 years ranking up, hiding his feelings and desperate for vengeance. Desdemona finally becomes the royal guard and soon after, kills Bazyl and seizes the throne for himself. His reign was terrible, he killed everyone who she thought wronged him, Hawthorn’s entire family, etc. He soon adopted an orphan named Fizz who after realizing Desdemona’s dark side, joined Libra(a cat who was forming a rebellion to take down desdemona) to defeat Desdemona. And in a final confrontation, Desdemona was killed, betrayed by a cat he trusted, hated by everyone else. And then, Desdemona woke up, except he wasn’t alive, but he wasn’t dead either. He was in a forest, a beautiful forest with glimmering trees. But then, he heard the whispers. Echos of cats he cared about, echos of the cats he hurt. Basically, Desdemona was doomed to an eternal life of guilt, misery and despair.
