Standard fires a laser beam for seconds,(depending on how much you pump it) dealing piercing damage and high dps, although it DOES send you backwards a bit, also builds up hard damage, its best to just shoot it for two seconds as it only builds up around 10% hard damage of your hp Screwdriver Variant like the standard variant, can pump and will fire 3 explosive bolts in quick succession, can be used as mobility, but can harm yourself, possibly even kill you. Malicious Variant takes time to charge but once it does it will fly towards the nearest enemy and explode on contact, dealing high splash damage but also harms yourself, can be parried to send it flying at one single position at high speeds, if no enemies it will fly back into the cannon, exploding on contact, can be parried to send it away, after 3 parries it will zoom away. the alternative railcannon is found at 8-#: ###### ## ###### you have to find 2 buttons at 8-#: #### ## ####, and then you will have to fight a sanded mindflayer in a secret room of the ## boss level, once you have taken care of the mindflayer, you will notice you need to press the two buttons at 8-#, once pressed, the door will open after the mindflayer is dead, and you will unlock the alternative railcannon.
