it originally wasnt an fanmade OC for wateflame but i showed it to one of my friends an gave me that idea so welp here it goes his name was going to be Quontrol since...WHY NOT? Its An OC For me BTW i based it on waterflame but a friend gave me the idea soooooooooooooooo.....here it goes
