So I'm here to elaborate a bit on what Meadow said! If you're reading this, you've probably read what Meadow wrote. If not, go read it because it lists some pretty important points. This thing with people being overly familiar is happening a lot on the internet. I'm not as popular as Meadow is (and frankly, I'm not sure I want to be- no offense to you, Fish) and every so often I still have random people popping on my profile to say hi. I, personally, follow whoever is cool. If I follow you, that doesn't instantly mean that we're besties. I'm an introvert, both online and off. I don't really like talking to humans. If you want to start up a conversation, use a conversation starter, like Meadow said. Pretend you don't know me, because let's be real, you don't. This goes for any profile, whether it be mine, Meadow's, Link's, or Ranboo's. So yeah. I don't really know what else to say.
Credit to Meadow for creating the original project. EDIT: I know that people may be trying to be nice when they pop on my profile to say hi. If you say, “Hey, just wanted to say hello!” and specify that you aren’t trying to start up a conversation, that’s fine. but if you want to start a conversation with me, use a conversation starter. Give us a topic to talk about.
