His name is scratch bot 2.0 or just scratch bot he moves with his hands, and he has a rocket under his torso to fly his left "ear" is a solar panel and if it falls off he would power off but if its reattached he will power on his red eye and shoot a Lazer and his voice would sound like the ai male voice with a bit of a high pitch to it. Rockets in the launchers take 1 hour to reload they both have 21 shot in each. sorry for this being this long
