Hey, so this has been on my mind for like forever, and I've decided to express my feelings. It's about this problem with equality I've seen, and even though this will mostly be about LGBTQ, I'm talking about everyone. Okay, so, I don't understand, even if you say "oh, I don't want to read this book, it has a gay couple" or something like that, and a book like that that doesn't have a gay couple, but has ki//ing and stuff like that makes the book fine to read. Isn't one of the 10 Commandments "Thou shalt not kill"? And then gay couple that is only spoken about 2 times in the Bible is the person you're putting hate on? That's absurd. Even if we ignore that weird moral thing going on there, it is said in the Bible to love thy neighbor. If we push people away we don't like, is that really loving your neighbor? Are you really fulfilling what God has asked of you? I think not. And people do worse than just push these people away, people downright ki// them. Plus, is it really our duty to shame them, push them away, tell them they are wrong and they are bad just because of who they like? America (and I wish everywhere else) is a free country; you can be who you want, love who you want. If a person doesn't want to be a Christian (or anything under the umbrella) fine, but pushing people away isn't going to get people to love God, and probably despise him. So listen to me or not, idc. But I'm so sick and tired of people hating my IRL friends, and hating people on Scratch. Its unfair, rude, and unhealthy. Plz try to be more empathetic, and more welcoming, as God intended. So to end this off, you can do 1 of 3 things •ignore me completely, unfollow me whatever •take what I've said to heart •understand my point of view, even if you disagree
I don't mean to be rude to anyone because of their religion. I'm a Catholic, but I just don't understand why we have to hate somebody just because of who they like. It's their life, and it doesn't hurt anybody, so why does anyone care? If you are going to comment, please be respectful. I probably won't respond to many people on here just for my sake and for yours. I don't want to be rude to anyone. Gosh, I'm probably going to unshare this project
