AUTOCREDIT: Thanks to ME5 and MS54 for the OGs and MS54 for the voice announcement. (10/16/24) I decided to hit up Stone City and go record the Downtown Modulator 5020B. It was pretty interesting and the other sirens could be heard clearly. It wasn't that loud so I didn't bring hearing protection, well, until you were directly under it, that is. It was painful underneath, but nonetheless it was a pretty fun test today. The reverb from downtown was honestly amazing. I managed to get an eye level shot due to me setting up on floor 5 of the Ritz Carlton garage, which caused the reverb from my scanner. The rest of the reverb is the Modulator being in a specific area of downtown, surrounded by various skyscrapers.
This 5020B is located on the Street Corner of Charleston Rd and Meridian Ave, next to the Ritz Carlton(REALLY nice OTISes by the way).
