So I found out how to play as Noob Saibot in his PURE form. So here's how he works: His move set is EXACTLY like Scorpion, and his fatality is Scorpion's Toasty fatality. He has increased speed like his CPU counterpart. He has more moves than his CPU counterpart as well, having Scorpion's move set. He is always stuck in Goro's Lair, even though with more cheats, he can play on the normal stages, and he even has stage fatalities!
