first things first: double-click the flag if you wanna play! this is just an ordinary platformer turned into a survival minigame. survive multiple characters made by other people as you run n' jump around one screen in an attempt to stay alive for the longest time possible! (you play as TSOS Blue in this, by the way.) you're not on your own though. there's items too! item list: Clock - Extends the stage timer by 10 seconds. Forcefield - Makes you temporarily invincible. (10s) Heart Piece - Restores 1 HP. Spring - Increases your jump height. (10s) Dash Arrow - Increases your speed. (5s) Mini Portal - Warp to a random location. Golden Heart - Gain 6 bonus HP. Mini Clock - Extends the stage timer by 5 seconds. rules: 1: You can't be overpowered. This'll make survival unfair for the player. (I will allow insta-kills on certain conditions, like how Ambei's beam will insta-kill you if you're immediately hit by it when it spawns in.) 2: Be creative! Mess with the player's vision, change up the map, alter the controls... just follow rule 1! Oh, and there's no character template. 4: You may add more music too. 5: No PNGs, please. (talking to you, @agjunaka with those PNGs always wearing propeller suits and whatnot.) 6: You may add more positive items too. I probably should've addressed that in rule 2... eh, whatever. 7: Lastly, you may add more maps to the map pool. controls: - left and right arrows to move, up arrow to jump. - down arrow to crouch. guide: - For a list of every character and their mechanics, check the Info sprite. - Every 2 seconds, you get one point. - ALWAYS pay attention to the stage timer when possible. - Having the Forcefield item active does NOT protect you from dying when the timer runs out. - When you die, the remaining time you had left is converted into points. 1 second is 1 point. - Dash Arrows will lower your jump height, so watch out! - You automatically start with the Golden Heart's effects, so there's a free advantage for a remix this far into the main branch! - Clocks are guaranteed to spawn in once the stage timer goes below 10 seconds.
TSOS Blue doesn't like this anymore. Look at his face. He's done with this whole minigame. (foreshadowing something, maybe?) anyways, here's the new additions: - 2 new powerups - music changes - SLIGHT face changes for TSOS Blue - removed timer speed multiplier - clocks are guaranteed to spawn in when time starts running out - when the timer hits 10 seconds or less, a tick sound will play to alert you of time running out. - entire color scheme of basically the whole map changes on the music's beat drop hopefully there's no bugs (also, we'll definitely need that Enemy picker thing in the main chain now.)
