Didn't see this one coming huh? The only reason I know this oc is because of a project that someone made with it. Occasionally I'll think about this character and wonder if the original creator remembers her, she's not a bad oc but the colors and style definitely throw people off. So I decided to turn Neon into a slime just to get her out my mind (but it won't work anyway). Also, I'm working on the Halloween animation I swear, it's just that more studying for the midterms in college is preventing me from doing much.
