Up arrow and down arrow to move foreward and back (you can also use WASD) left and right arrows to look left and right mouse down to shoot 1 = crowbar 2 = pistol 3 = mp5 (when you have the mp5 equipped press C to launch a grenade) space = console more gore was added (when almost any of the entity's get hit by the granade from your mp5 explodes into gibs)
