You have to escape with all your cheese before the MOUSETRAP (named CHEESEWHEELS) catches you. Controls and credits are all in game You have to collect all of your cheese and then flee to the door before the mousetrap catches you. And also sometimes you can fumble your cheese and drop it so you will have to go back and pick it up again.
